All products purchased from TCC over $1.00 are covered by a 6 month limited warranty. Bluetooth products are covered for 60 days. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear and user negligence. Customer's requiring a return will first need to fill out an RMA form and submit it to their sales representative for approval. Upon approval, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item(s) to us for replacement or credit.
